  Nice enough but room was very warm. There is no A.C. and window was broken and wouldn't open. We suffered through a night in a hot box.

  Great location, only 5 minutes from train and team station. Retail park next door, including fast food places and Krispy Kreme. Hotel is very modern and clean, looks great. Conference/meeting rooms are very adaptable. The amenities on offer are good and the lunch service is good quality, with very nice staff.

  Great Hotel, always happy to stay there. Location is amazing for Rugby matches and the airport. Takes a while to city centre, but prices are accordingly.
  Rooms are quite nice, unfortunately the Suite was rather cool (stay in November) and it did not heat up well.
  Breakfast selection is fairly broad, but not on the cheap side. The pool is nice, but the fitness area could be a bit larger.

  Can't fault the hotel. Reception staff were lovely and always willing to help. Rooms were lovely with an amazing bed and shower. Breakfast was good although it does get crowded if you leave it later. Pool was nice, can get crowded but again of you choose the right time you can have it to yourself.
  
  Big tip, don't rely on taxis. The airport is 3 stops on the tram (15mins) and the city is the same the other way. Tram day pass is 4.00 or 9.00 with the airport....cheaper than a cab and easier. The tram stops virtually outside the hotel.
