  Shocking service last night. Went through the drive-thru with the kids as in a hurry and ended getting sent to the car park as my order not ready, along with about another 5 people in drive thru. Then waited for ten minutes with no sign of food so had to go into the restaurant to complain and try get my money back as now late for where I was meant to be. In the meantime someone else had come into complain as well. They then took another 5 minutes fumbling about trying to work out what was happening before throwing 2 happy meal boxes at me. I had to run as so late but when I jumped in the car and drive away the kids discovered they had given us the wrong order and they didn't like the food we had got so it all went in the bin! Shocking service and we were late for our appointment. Second time had wrong order too! Never again..

  Toilets dirty no loo roll or soap tables always dirty n empty food cartons just left staff pleasant
