  I ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive within 30 mins. After waiting 45 I called to chase up the pizza. I was told it was minutes away. I waited another 5 minutes and called again. The employee was very annoyed that I did this. She then kept me waiting on the phone for 2 minutes and I heard her talking about me to another employee about how impatient I was and she was going to make me wait longer. I was not rude or impatient just keen to eat as I had to catch an early flight the next morning and wanted to go to bed. She then just hung up. The girls working that night were Rachel and Lorraine. Both are sad and miserable and useless at customer service.
