  Rod, the customer service was very helpfull. He gave us all needed instructions on what to see in Edinburgh and how to get to all the places we wanted to go. Rod was cery nice, helpfull and we will always remember him!

  All the bins Were overflowing. No Napkins, Food over the Floor in several areas, Surfaces had Food Waste on them, Security Staff taking it too Easy, it was quite, should be working as a Team. Shocking. I've been here 7 days out of Ten, Day Time is Amazing, I understand Budgets but Right People, Right Place, Right Time. I used to Work for Macdonalds. That had Red all over it, Audit wise. I'll happily privately forward the 12 photos for your Catch Prase Loving It NOT.

  it's McDonald's. food is predictable and dependable. place is reasonably clean. the new computers make ordering easy and efficient so the queues are much better than they used to be
