  Poor. I presented a card for payment and was told they didn't take Amex. I mentioned that they were listed in the Amex Shop Small promo (wouldn't have gone otherwise as they're a bit overpriced). Was then told the machine hadn't been picking up a signal, and anyway, Amex hadn't been in touch to fix it. Pick a story and stick to it if you're going to mislead me. Couple of very decent independents within easy reach of this place. Shame it's still open.

  Great selection of beer and wine but it's a shame the staff hate everyone who comes in to the shop. Customer service really is non existant here.
