  Nice place to stay. Good location. I am removing 1 star for breakfast quality- takes too long to serve (30 minutes) and quality could be better.

  Good hotel minutes from the train station. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a nice lounge with a fireplace. Just don't order coffee. The poor lads simply don't know how to make a decent coffee.

  We stayed here 1 night after the New Year and it was good. The hotel is really nice, the room we had was a decent size room and the location at what the hotel is to Princess Street is brilliant. My girlfriend had her nails done here which turned out great and she loved them, and the food from here was nice also. We had coffee downstairs at the bar section which is a cool room to just come to and relax. Staff were helpful also. Would stay here again if around Edinburgh town.
