  I used this company for my wedding cake and booked from abroad. I thought the designs were very cool on their website. Unfortunately, even though I thought our communication was clear, my cake was incomplete. The garnish of blueberries was missing and I was looking forward to that color contrast. The color blue that was discussed for the roses ended up being bright blue and tacky looking even though I sent photos of the color I was looking for. If you can't do something, let me know and I'll adjust to what can be done. Don't send an expensive wedding cake with the wrong color on it. Very disappointing!!!!
  
  Finally the cake was SO DRY, there was no bright side to this experience. They did however deliver the cake on time so I guess I should be grateful for that?
  
  I didn't even ask for a refund because they really can't fix the damage. I'm stuck with silly photos and everyone had dry cake. This is obviously the downside to planning from abroad.

  Ordered a cake for my baby shower. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Service was perfect, even allowing me to collect on a Sunday. This is the 3rd time I've used 3D cakes and will always use them for my cake needs!
